Photography Session Details:

All sessions must be booked by the photographer conducting the shoot. By booking, you’re reserving private access to the flower field for your selected time - no overlapping photographers.

AVAILABILITY:

Our flower field is open for photography sessions July through October,  Monday–Thursday from 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM. (Once we have flowers blooming, you can book below)

Weekend availability is limited - please email to inquire.

Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Sessions begin and end at your scheduled time. Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before your shoot and Late arrivals will not extend your session.

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

Full payment is required at the time of booking through Online Payment, Venmo,  Check or Cash.  Payment through the website will be an additional 4.5% processing fee. 

Session Options:
$50  | 1 Hour - One Family/Shoot 

$75   | 1 Hour - Mini sessions with no more than 3 families/shoots
$150 | 3 Hours - Mini Sessions with no more than 9 families/shoots

FLOWERS DURING YOUR SESSION:

Flower picking is not included but can be added on (this is per client, each mini session client must purchase separate unless you want one custom bouquet for them all we can arrange that, you pick must be per person cutting):

• $25 You-Pick Cup — for gathering stems during your session

• $50 Custom Bouquet — I will design for your shoot (includes a take-home you-pick cup)

Please email in advance if you’d like to add either option.

RESTROOM FACILITIES:

We do not have public restroom facilities on-site. Please plan accordingly.

IMPORTANT RULES:

This is a working flower farm, and we ask that you help us protect the space while you create.

• Please only shoot at the following places:  Flower Field, Hay Field, Ponds. Due to this being a private residence ALL other areas are prohibited.  

• Be mindful of uneven ground, insects, mud, and farm equipment

• No smoking

• No pets allowed

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Photographers and Clients are required to check in and sign a release of liability upon arriving. Please do not start shooting without signing and checking in. 

• Small props are allowed, if you are wanting Large props (Cars, Furniture) please inquire.

Parking is available in the hay field, there are two large black gates leading into the field please park there. Please do not pull into our private residence.

PHOTO USE & CREDIT:

You’re free to use the photos you take for personal or commercial purposes. We do ask that you give credit to Blossoming Abundantly Farm when posting or sharing any images online. 

Also, Blossoming Abundantly Farm may use images taken on our property for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

Social media posts, website galleries, marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)

We deeply value and respect your work as a photographer. Whenever possible, we will give full credit to the photographer when sharing or using these images. If there are any specific photos you would like to exclude from this permission, please notify us in writing prior to or immediately after your session.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We understand that schedules can change. Please review our policy carefully.

• All photoshoots are non-refundable

• One reschedule allowed with 2+ days notice

• No-shows / last-minute cancellations are not eligible for reschedule

• Weather-related reschedules are always allowed

PHOTOGRAPHER RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

As the booking photographer, you’re responsible for your session and your clients.

Please:

• Share directions, parking info, and farm rules ahead of time

• Keep your session within your reserved time

• Clean up all props and belongings after your shoot

• Do not allow clients or take pictures inside of flower rows, please stay within the pathways.
